I'm a boomer who's been interested and involved in inner and outer work,  social change and spiritual transformation since the sixties.

As an artist I've worked as a freelance illustrator for Atlantic Monthly, Psychology Today, PC World, Parenting, and other periodicals. Through the nineties I taught mindfulness meditation courses for the Integrative Medicine Center of sister hospitals in a large midwestern city. I've managed natural food co-ops in San Francisco and the Midwest; I've operated a bookstore specializing in spiritual and transformational literature; I've worked in a therapeutic capacity with individuals, couples, and small groups, utilizing my training in Arnold Mindell's Process Work; I've worked in a professional helping capacity and as a volunteer with the mentally ill and the terminally ill.

I recently became a grandpa!
